Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of CDLSearchMatch at cdlsearchmatch.ai and its driver, carrier, and recruiter portals. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What CDLSearchMatch does
CDLSearchMatch matches CDL drivers with motor carriers that are hiring. Drivers build a profile at no cost. Carriers and their recruiters pay to access matched driver leads and to post positions.
We are not an employer and not a staffing agency. We do not hire drivers, guarantee employment, or set the terms of any job. Any hiring decision, offer, wage, or schedule is between you and the carrier.
2. SMS messaging program terms
Program name and purpose
The CDLSearchMatch Driver Alerts program sends CDL drivers who have opted in: notifications about carrier job matches, reminders to complete or refresh their driver profile, and replies to messages you send us. It is a recruiting and account-servicing program. It is not used to advertise third-party products.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box when you create a driver account at driver.cdlsearchmatch.ai/signup, or by enabling text messages later in your profile. The box is not pre-checked, and your choice is recorded with a timestamp.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or of service. You can use every part of CDLSearchMatch — build a profile, get matched, be hired — without ever agreeing to text messages.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your activity. Most drivers receive no more than a few messages per month. We do not send messages on a fixed recurring schedule.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply.CDLSearchMatch does not charge you for text messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to stop, and how to get help
- Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message to stop all further texts. We will send one confirmation and then stop.
- Reply HELP for help, or email support@cdlsearchmatch.ai.
- You can also turn text messages off at any time under Privacy & contact in your driver portal profile.
Sample messages
These are the messages the platform sends:
- “Hi Sam, it’s CDLSearchMatch. Complete your free driver profile and we’ll match you to the best openings on our board: driver.cdlsearchmatch.ai Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Hi Sam, your CDLSearchMatch profile is 60% complete. Continue where you stopped: driver.cdlsearchmatch.ai Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Hi Sam, a few more answers and CDLSearchMatch can match you with carriers hiring now: driver.cdlsearchmatch.ai Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Hi Sam, has your driving situation changed? Update your CDLSearchMatch profile so we match you right: driver.cdlsearchmatch.ai Reply STOP to opt out.”
Carrier disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and device.

No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for the full statement.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to work as a commercial driver in the United States. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put in your profile and for keeping your password secure. Deliberately false qualification, safety, or eligibility information is grounds for removal.
4. Drivers
Building a profile is free. By completing one, you ask us to match you with carriers and you agree that a carrier may receive your profile and — once it purchases your lead — your contact details, so that it can contact you about a position. You can withdraw from matching at any time by closing your account.
5. Carriers and recruiters
Paid access is governed by the plan you purchase. Driver information obtained through CDLSearchMatch may be used only to evaluate and contact that driver about employment. You may not resell it, add it to a marketing list, or use it for any purpose the driver did not consent to. You are responsible for complying with all applicable employment, screening, and communications law, including the TCPA and FCRA. Breach ends access without refund.
6. AI-assisted screening
Where you have consented, CDLSearchMatch may place automated or AI-assisted screening calls to confirm your qualifications. These calls may be recorded and transcribed. You may decline or withdraw consent at any time without losing access to the service, and matching continues either way.
7. Payment and refunds
Carrier memberships and lead purchases are billed through our payment processor. Memberships renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the end of the current period. Lead purchases are final once contact details are revealed, except where a lead is shown to be materially inaccurate.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, bulk-export, or resell data from the service.
- Do not impersonate another person or carrier.
- Do not use the service to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited messages.
- Do not attempt to breach or test our security without permission.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that matches will result in employment, that carrier-supplied listings are accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, for fraud, or where required by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
